Please read these terms carefully before using Curo Clinic Management System

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Curo Clinic Management System (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Curo CMS is a comprehensive clinic management system that provides:

  • Patient registration and management
  • Queue management system
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Inventory management
  • Invoice and billing management
  • Electronic medical records
  • Multi-clinic support

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Types

  • Admin: Full system access and configuration rights
  • Doctor: Medical records and patient management access
  • Staff: Limited access based on assigned permissions
  • Receptionist: Patient registration and appointment access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
  • Falsify or delete any content without authorization
  • Share login credentials with unauthorized persons

5. Medical Information

5.1 Professional Use Only

This Service is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals only. Users must comply with all applicable medical regulations and standards.

5.2 Medical Advice Disclaimer

The Service is a management tool and does not provide medical advice. All medical decisions must be made by qualified healthcare professionals.

6. Data Ownership

6.1 Your Data

  • You retain ownership of all patient data and medical records
  • You grant us a license to process and store your data for Service provision
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all entered data

6.2 Our Property

  • The Service, including software, design, and documentation, remains our property
  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Subscription Fees

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days notice

7.2 Payment Processing

  • Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers
  • You authorize automatic renewal unless cancelled

8. Service Level Agreement

8.1 Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime excluding scheduled maintenance
  • Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance

8.2 Support

  • Technical support is available during business hours
  • Critical issues receive priority support

9. Data Backup and Security

9.1 Backups

  • We perform regular automated backups
  • You are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies

9.2 Security

  • We implement industry-standard security measures
  • We are not liable for breaches beyond our reasonable control

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the last 12 months
  • We are not liable for loss of data or business interruption

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Infringement of any third-party rights
  • Your violation of applicable laws

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

  • You may terminate your account at any time
  • No refunds for partial periods

12.2 Termination by Us

  • We may terminate for violation of Terms
  • We may terminate with 30 days notice for any reason

12.3 Effect of Termination

  • Your access will be immediately revoked
  • You may export your data within 30 days
  • All provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
